Senior Software Analyst
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
As part of our Customer Management & Core Finance/Accounting product team, this position will be in Poland. This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency. As a Software Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring our contract management system for our regional installment and lease financial products. Furthermore, you will provide capabilities for Internal Operations to serve European Retail Customers and Dealers .
- Work closely with stakeholders and product team members to develop and expand a strong set of capabilities across the credit lifecycle that will create new business opportunities.
- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for system configuration.
- Configure the contract management system to support business processes and goals.
- Test and validate the system to ensure proper configuration and functionality.
- Support and maintain our contract management platform.
Our requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent work experience with an affinity for technology.
- 5 or more years of experience in performing analysis, definition, and business requirements gathering activities as part of the delivery of technical solutions.
- Understanding of the financial industry, banking processes and regulations.
- Knowledge of various financial products, e.g. loan, lease, revolving.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with automated testing tools and techniques is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in an agile team environment is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential (both spoken and written).
