Do you want to join our Tier One Mining, Oil and Gas sales team as a Senior Client Director? Do you have the sales experience, people skills, passion for the client and determination we are looking for to help us grow? As a Client Director in our West Australian team, you can work with some of ANZ's largest and most interesting Industrial customers.
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and highly motivated Client Director to join our growing team, selling the full DXC, including Solutions, Applications, AI, BPO and Technology. This role is based in Perth. We will love to hear from you if you have a proven track record in an IT services sales role in the Mining Sector and a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
Responsibilities

  • Defining Account and go-to-market strategies to generate short and long-term customer success and business results
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales and expanding existing accounts
  • Pipeline development through a combination of existing customers, warm leads, cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Engage with and leverage internal and external resources such as Pre-Sales, Licensing Team, DXC Executives, DXC Industry and 3rd Party Partners to assist with various sales cycle stages
  • Report accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery figures using Salesforce
  • Work closely with delivery managers ensuring customers derive value from their investments and subscription renewals in licensing and managed services

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 10 year's experience in a senior sales client facing role in the Mining Industrial Sector.
  • Successful solution and services sales history of direct new business sales and account development
  • Proven track record in building solid relationships with internal business, partners and customers.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry Cloud landscape and market
  • Strong understanding of the tech challenges facing mining clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across all levels
