Lead a culture of continuous improvement by proactively evolving seasonal GTM processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment, scalability, and adaptability to market dynamics
Drive milestone management by developing scalable frameworks (incl. for key meetings like Line Freeze), optimizing workflows, and ensuring strategic alignment for key seasonal processes and long-term improvements
Continuously evolve the KI framework by shaping its definitions, refining the approach, and ensuring alignment with GTM and marketing objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries from markets and business units, providing guidance and issue resolution as needed
Deliver clear and timely business packs and in-season updates (e.g., Weekly Updates) by communicating deadlines and collecting content from Business Units for scheduled releases, ensuring relevant insights are available for decision-making
Confirm that key operational systems are updated by the relevant teams and that all seasonal articles, data, and images are accurate and ready for distribution to the markets.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning (financial, demand, supply, merchandising) in mid-size organization
Professional skills in Excel and Power BI are a must have; skills in SQL, macro programming and AI coding is a plus
Good presentation skills
Analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to problems
Ability to multitask and evaluate multiple requests with multiple degrees of priority simultaneously
Collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to follow through on projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
Ability to execute processes and innovate to support Corporate Targets.
