Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager, Global Raffles Hotels is responsible for supporting and executing global marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive commercial performance, and elevate guest engagement across the Raffles portfolio. This role leads integrated marketing campaigns, supports hotel openings and key brand initiatives, supports communications efforts, and ensures consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

Working closely with property-level stakeholders, digital, communications, and commercial partners, the Senior Marketing Manager will champion the Raffles brand vision while delivering measurable business results across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and implement annual global marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Lead the planning, development, execution, and optimization of global brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, business priorities, and commercial objectives.
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives and brand moments.
  • Support the evolution and execution of the global brand strategy across all markets.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect Raffles’ luxury positioning, heritage, and service philosophy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to develop compelling creative assets, content, and storytelling that resonate with luxury travelers.
  • Provide strategic input on proactive media pitches, story angle development, editorial opportunities, and thought leadership initiatives aligned with brand priorities.
  • Compile and distribute a monthly Brand & Marketing Performance Report for internal stakeholders, highlighting public relations results, marketing performance, social media metrics, notable coverage, and key achievements.
  • Partner with property-level marketing and communications teams to share top-tier media coverage, support local amplification efforts, and ensure consistency in brand messaging across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate and support submissions for industry awards, rankings, and recognition programs that enhance brand prestige and visibility.
  • Support for new hotel openings and significant brand milestones across the portfolio.
  • Support strategic launch plans in partnership with development, operations, and regional teams.
  • Support strategic partnerships, luxury brand collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities that elevate brand awareness and guest engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative, social, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all channels.
  • Support the development and management of the global marketing budget, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
  • Manage agency relationships and oversee campaign budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as a trusted partner to global, regional, and property-level teams, providing strategic marketing guidance and sharing best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, communications effectiveness, and overall brand health metrics.
  • Develop post-campaign analyses and actionable insights to inform future marketing and communications strategies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, preferably within luxury hospitality, luxury retail, travel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience managing global or multi-market marketing and communications programs.
  • Demonstrated success in brand campaign development, integrated marketing, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with public relations, creative, media, and digital agencies.
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, media relations, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong project management, analytical, budgeting, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Additional Information

Base salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 USD
