Major accountabilities -
• Project Delivery: Delivers project work in partnership with sponsoring function through tracking milestones and engaging with stakeholders with high quality to achieve successful outcomes within the planned budget and timeline. This includes strategic global initiatives, BD&L and M&A Integrations type of projects
• Methodology Development: Contribute to the development of standardized frameworks, templates and methodologies for project delivery and change management as part of establishing best practices for team and building capability across BR
• Knowledge Sharing: Share lessons learned and knowledge gathered from projects across team and relevant organizations ensuring continuous improvement
Essential Requirements:
• Graduate degree in technical, scientific, financial, or business discipline. MBA / masters in pharma are preferred. Minimum 10 years with +5 years' experience leading strategic projects ideally in a consulting or pharmaceutical environment
• Scientific industry experience with understanding of drug discovery/development in pharma or biotech ideal
• Understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles and a proven track record of managing global projects and programs, with a focus on successful outcome delivery and embedding within the organization
• Experience in management consulting and business partnering in a global organization
• Hands on experience of managing post-merger integrations of Business Development & in-licensing deals is preferred
