About the tech stack:
We work with modern machine learning technologies and platforms, cloud-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and ML Ops tools. We are also open to introduce new technology when it enables our teams and business.
About your tasks:
- Lead one of three delivery lanes of AI initiatives at Redcare: Forward deployed AI engineering
- Sitting in between citizen AI supported by AI platform and full-fledged AI products
- You have the opportunity to bring or hire your own team
- Decentral work mode where individual contributors get deployed into the business domain teams
- Need to create space for knowledge sharing, learning and belonging for the ICs in the team
- Support your team members in driving a transformation in the business by active stakeholder management, creating sharing understanding and removing obstacles
- Work 50% hands-on overseeing and driving automation tasks
- Own and drive initiatives of standardization / templates / skills in agentic setup to accelerate onboarding of new business domains
About you:
- Proven leadership experience,
- Strong background in building and running DS/ML/AI systems in production, especially those with direct business impact.
- Comfortable with internal stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and care deeply about building things the right way.
- You understand how to ensure quick iteration cycles to achieve business impact fast while enforcing rigorous technical quality standards in our products.

Skills Required
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience building and running DS/ML/AI systems in production with direct business impact
- Hands-on experience driving automation tasks (role is 50% hands-on)
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization and cloud-based infrastructure
- Strong internal stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment skills
- Ability to hire, build and support a decentralized team of individual contributors
- Commitment to rapid iteration while enforcing rigorous technical quality standards
