About the Role
This role supports the Director of Innovation Lab in delivering demand-led Agentic Applications & Emerging Technology initiatives, focusing on AI agent solutions and workflow automation use cases driven by business unit needs.The role translates business demand into actionable requirements, prototypes, pilots, and production-ready solutions that can be adopted across markets.
The role executes structured emerging technology pilots with clear success criteria, ensuring practical and scalable outcomes.
The role works closely with business units, GenAI Foundation, Innovation Excellence, Group Technology, and Risk teams to ensure solutions are usable, governed, and adoption-ready.
Agentic Applications Delivery
Work with business units to identify demand, pain points, and high-value use cases.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, solution designs, and delivery plans.
Lead end-to-end delivery of selected use cases from discovery through pilot and adoption.
Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Solution Development & Enablement
Support the design and delivery of AI agent workflows, including orchestration, integrations, and user interaction.
Reuse GenAI Foundation capabilities (e.g., knowledge retrieval, content generation, models, platform services).
Contribute to reusable patterns, templates, and delivery playbooks to improve speed and consistency.
Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and governance requirements.
Emerging Technology Pilots
Execute structured pilots with defined hypotheses, timelines, and success criteria.
Assess technologies for feasibility, scalability, and business value.
Prepare clear findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for scale or closure.
Track market trends and identify opportunities aligned with AIA priorities.
Forward Deployment & Adoption
Support implementation of validated solutions into business environments.
Drive onboarding, training, and early-stage adoption with business users.
Monitor usage, feedback, and realised value post-deployment.
Capture lessons learned to improve future delivery and reuse.
Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate across business, engineering, architecture, risk, and partners.
Manage delivery progress, dependencies, and risks.
Prepare updates, reports, and communication for stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business demand and delivery execution.

Skills Required
- Experience designing and delivering AI agent solutions and workflow automation
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, solution designs, prototypes, and delivery plans
- Proven track record leading end-to-end delivery from discovery through pilot to adoption
- Experience executing structured emerging technology pilots with hypotheses, timelines, and success criteria
- Familiarity with GenAI/Foundation model capabilities (knowledge retrieval, content generation, models, platform services)
- Experience ensuring solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, and governance requirements
- Ability to coordinate across business, engineering, architecture, risk, and external partners
- Experience driving onboarding, training, early-stage adoption, and measuring realised value post-deployment
