Position Responsibilities:

  • Explore new business opportunities and upcoming trend with external / internal reports/ research

  • Assessment basing on the market intelligence and data to brainstorm new business strategies / programs

  • Design new business development campaign / program to drive specific business focus

  • Drive alignment across teams, organize and coordinate meetings

  • Monitor project development progress and work closely with project workgroup to make sure that it’s within keep-on-track

  • Engage with business parties and stakeholders in change management activities to ensure successful project implementation.

  • Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders, business partners and IT teams

  • Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team comprising marketers, product managers, technologists, operations and distributions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines and at least 7 years of experience in sales analysis / MIS reporting roles, preferably with Insurance and/ or Banking sector

  • Strong commercial sense, good analytical mind and system project skills.

  • Proficient in using Excel, VBA and other statistical tools.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
