The Senior Manager Advisory develops and motivates a group of Advisors focused on retail relationships across all segments. The Manager focuses on team targets, oversees consultative advice and guidance to customers, and motivates consultants to industry leading levels of productivity, call quality, and operational excellence. Success is measured on retail consolidation and advice delivery, truly motivating the manager to drive conversations that result in the right outcome for the customer. What you will do:

  • Drive high velocity, senior level teams to exceptional results, customer-centric conversations, and expert level industry knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals, while supporting new initiatives, process enhancements, and execution.
  • Coach a growing team to new levels of performance, while partnering with other Empower teams to funnel the proper appointments to associates.
  • Lead through change management in a fast paced, growth-minded environment.
  • Review and approve best interest fiduciary advice in a supervisory capacity.
  • Ensure customer success through resolution of escalated issues, addressing and reducing errors, and achieving service level metrics.
  • Perform duties inherent in a managerial role.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of relatable industry sales experience and leadership.
  • FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations required
  • FINRA fingerprinting required

  • In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.
  • Excellent written, verbal, consulting, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and various file manipulation skills on a PC.

Base Salary Range

$100,000.00 - $122,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
