The TeamWe are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of CKSI (Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights), you'll be embedded in a business unit and will work with an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product development etc., to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience. This is an individual contributor role.

- A cross-functional collaborator who can work across a team with diverse skills and abilities and find success for Fidelity and our customers.
- Demonstrating a mix of analytical skills, you always focus on business use cases and customer needs.
- Natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions, including experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
- Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports by using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
- Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc.
- Experience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe analytics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance. MBA or MS degree a plus
- Continuously improving data analytics and insights capabilities and spreading that knowledge and expertise throughout the organization
- Delivering data-driven and actionable insights to enable objective, informed business, and product decisions
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
