The Senior Manager, Marketing Effectiveness will play a key role in shaping data-driven solutions for our clients. You'll lead the development of automated reporting, performance analysis, and actionable insights that directly influence media strategy and outcomes. You'll also mentor and manage junior team members, guiding their growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables. As the trusted analytics partner for client teams, you'll help optimize media investments and drive measurable impact.
You are self-motivated, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You excel at solving complex data challenges, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating across multiple teams and partners. Your success means applying automation and finding smarter, simpler ways to manage complexity.
You will report to Senior Director, Marketing Effectiveness.
Leadership & Measurement Strategy
Build collaborative relationships with clients and our teams.
Develop measurement strategies, learning agendas, and roadmaps that drive business impact.
Translate complex data into clear insights through storytelling, visuals, and presentations.
Mentor junior team members on technical skills (SQL, Tableau) and professional growth.
Oversee daily performance and career development of junior team members.
Share best practices and contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and training.
Data Analysis & Presentation
Understand business processes and leverage insights to inform planning, execution, and reporting.
Interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for clients.
Ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables that are clear and impactful.
Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and leadership to communicate findings effectively.
Oversee data management with junior team members, resolving discrepancies and maintaining data integrity.
Develop expertise in specialized areas such as mobile, ecommerce, performance marketing, web analytics, or social.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field
3+ years in a quantitative business environment
Experience in marketing or media analytics
Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama) is a plus
Experience in SQL, Python, or R is a plus
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Experience in site analytics is a plus
Experience in Measurement (BLS/SLS/MarTech/Search Lift/Closed-Loop/Incrementality/Foot Traffic)
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced Analytics (RBA/Modeled Attribution/MMM/clean rooms/designed tests)
Experience in retail media or knowledge of the retail media landscape preferred
The annual salary range for this position is (94,000-152,375). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
