Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end O2C operations supporting multiple GM regions and business units.
- Drive service delivery excellence while meeting contractual SLAs, KPIs, and productivity targets.
- Monitor operational performance through dashboards, analytics, and governance reviews.
- Act as the primary escalation point for senior GM stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Build strong partnerships with Finance Controllers, Regional Finance Teams, Country CFOs, Treasury, Sales Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with GM leadership.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve cash flow, collections effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Drive reduction in Accounts Receivable aging and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Develop collection strategies to maximize cash recovery and improve working capital.
- Monitor high-risk customer accounts and support proactive resolution plans.
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls, audit requirements, financial policies, and regulatory standards.
- Manage critical financial controls related to cash application, credit approvals, collections, and customer account maintenance.
- Drive governance and compliance across all O2C processes.
- Lead a large team of managers, team leaders, and analysts across multiple functions and geographies.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Identify automation opportunities using RPA, AI, workflow tools, and analytics platforms.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and process optimization initiatives.
- Support migration, stabilization, and transformation of new business transitions.
- Drive standardization and best-practice implementation across regions.
- Present operational and financial performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Develop business cases for process improvements and transformation investments.
Experience
- 15+ - 18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting Shared Services/BPO environments.
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience managing large O2C operations.
- Experience supporting global clients, preferably within automotive or manufacturing
- Proven experience managing teams of 100–150+ FTEs.
