The Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager, Accounting & Reporting is a key finance leader responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our financial results on a consolidated basis and for North America.
Reporting to the Global Controller, this role leads a geographically distributed accounting team and partners closely with our corporate financial teams, external auditors, and cross functional stakeholders such as IT, legal and human resources.
You will play a critical role in strengthening the control environment, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the organization's growth in a complex, multinational environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, balance sheet, and income statement management across multiple legal entities
  • Own month-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled financial results
  • Prepare and review legal entity financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable statutory requirements
  • Serve as a primary liaison with External Reporting to ensure enterprise reporting and compliance deliverables are met
  • Direct internal controls and SOX compliance activities, ensuring policies and procedures are well-designed, documented, and operating effectively
  • Own relationships with external auditors, managing year-end audits and ensuring efficient, high-quality audit outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and process simplification to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team across multiple locations, setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth
  • Partner with business and finance stakeholders on ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and evolving business needs

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and leadership roles in a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls (SOX)
  • Experience with large, complex ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and/or Workday
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams across geographies and functions
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and judgment
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment

    Total Rewards
    We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
