Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Account Management to lead and elevate our account management organization. This role is crucial in shaping the strategic direction of the account management function, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and support, driving client satisfaction and retention, and maximizing the value of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading account management teams, strong strategic leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of individual contributors to ensure high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key and strategic clients, acting as an executive sponsor, trusted advisor, and escalation point.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and overall account performance across the organization.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure organizational account goals are met, identify trends, and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive expansion and revenue growth across the existing customer base by identifying opportunities, strengthening account planning, and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Issue Resolution: Oversee and resolve complex client issues or escalations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management on account status, client feedback, revenue performance, risks, and team effectiveness.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements, scalable best practices, and operational efficiencies to enhance the effectiveness of the account management organization.
  • Change Management: Lead teams through organizational growth and change while maintaining employee engagement, productivity, and a strong performance-driven culture.
  • Talent Development: Create and support ongoing training and development opportunities for new employees, and experienced team members to foster growth and ensure organizational goals are achieved.


Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience managing teams of quota-carrying account managers or account executives.
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 sales representatives.
  • Experience working with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) 
  • Demonstrated success in driving client retention, account growth, revenue performance, and team development.
  • Strong understanding of client management, strategic account planning, and relationship-building techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, executive communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage organizational change, improve processes, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align account management strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
  • Experience in the IT or software industry is strongly preferred.
