360 Finance is seeking a driven and adaptable Senior Manager, Account Management to fuel success and growth for our customers within our rapidly expanding point-of-sale financing product. Preference is given to applicants living in the Northeast or Midwest United States and/or Eastern time zone.

This role goes beyond traditional account management. You will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and financing adoption while leading and developing a team of Account Managers. You will strategically upsell, consult, and nurture partnerships with decision-makers at home services companies generating $5M–$400M in annual revenue. Your primary focus will be helping contractors successfully implement and adopt 360 Finance solutions to increase close rates, drive revenue, and maximize customer lifetime value.

As both a customer-facing leader and people manager, you will oversee a portfolio of key accounts while coaching your team to deliver exceptional service, achieve revenue targets, and execute customer success strategies. You will collaborate closely with lender operations, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences, strong customer outcomes, and scalable account management practices.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Growth & Account Management

    • Own revenue performance across assigned accounts and branches, driving increased financing adoption, close rates, and overall revenue growth through proactive engagement and performance management.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align customer objectives with business outcomes, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
    • Engage directly with decision-makers, including office managers, business owners, and executive stakeholders, to maximize product adoption and long-term value.
    • Monitor account health, identify risks and growth opportunities, and proactively implement strategies to improve customer performance.
    • Analyze customer data, performance metrics, and feedback to optimize financing utilization and business results.
    • Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
    • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth transitions from the sales team into long-term account management.

    Team Leadership & People Management

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer success, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures while providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development planning to support employee growth and engagement.
    • Partner with leadership to recruit, onboard, and develop top talent within the Account Management organization.
    • Monitor team performance against key business metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve productivity, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex customer issues, strategic opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives.
    • Identify and implement best practices, processes, and playbooks that drive consistency and scalability across the Account Management team.

    Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Collaborate closely with lender operations, sales, product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and alignment on business objectives.
    • Provide customer insights and market feedback to influence product enhancements, operational improvements, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Uphold company values and foster strong cross-functional relationships that support organizational success.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of account management, customer success, sales, or relationship management experience, including:
    • 2+ years of experience in home improvement sales, lending, financial services, or point-of-sale financing with a proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.
    • 2+ years of direct people management, team leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Experience managing customer portfolios and delivering results through both individual contribution and team leadership.
  • Home services, financial services, lending, or point-of-sale financing experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing customer-facing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and hold team members accountable for results.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including overnight and multi-day trips.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders and facilitating customer training.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 USD to $135,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.

Skills Required
