What Will You Contribute?
Finastra is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Management to lead a team responsible for retaining, growing, and expanding strategic customer relationships across our Retail Lending portfolio.
This is a leadership role focused on account growth, executive relationship management, and team development. You will serve as a player-coach, partnering closely with Account Managers, customers, Sales Leadership, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
Drive customer retention, account growth, and expansion strategies across a portfolio of financial institution clients.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
Support strategic account planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
Partner with Product teams to advocate for customer needs and provide market feedback.
Act as an escalation point for strategic customer engagements and complex issues.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
Align team priorities and resources to achieve business objectives and customer success outcomes.
Serve as a key leader within the Lending organization, helping shape customer growth strategies across the region.
Required Experience & Skills:
Experience leading sales, account management, customer success, relationship management, or similar customer-facing teams.
Proven success managing strategic customer portfolios and driving retention and growth.
Banking, FinTech, lending, or broader financial services industry experience.
Ability to build credibility and influence executive and C-suite stakeholders.
Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills.
Experience leading experienced professionals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational influence skills.
Ability to balance customer needs, team priorities, and business objectives.
Retail lending experience is preferred.
Experience with loan origination platforms, lending technology, or enterprise account management organizations serving financial institutions is a plus.
