We are currently on the lookout for knowledgeable colleagues with 4-8 years of relevant experience from consulting and with strong analytical and social skills who can help clients create top-line growth.

Job content – Change with Impact
The job content varies, depending on the candidate, but we have a broad offering in Commercial Transformation where senior management consultants get to work with various areas such as:

  • Go-to-market design
  • Differentiation, branding and value proposition design
  • Pricing and profit optimisation
  • Digital marketing strategy/digital lead generation
  • CRM and sales infrastructure
  • Sales strategy, leadership and operating model


Roles and responsibility
We aim to deploy our senior management consultants in the field and on projects, which means that your main task will be related to projects rather than internal tasks. You will work directly with clients and internal peers on planning projects, deepening customer relationships, leading the project team, organising and structuring analyses, preparing and facilitating workshops as well as creating and giving presentations. Basically, we want you to grow – and we strive to create the best foundation for you to do so.
We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has 4-8 years of relevant experience from consulting and ideally line management positions
  • Holds a master’s degree from a leading university
  • Has the right mix of analytical and emotional intelligence – a person who can come up with the right answer but also make it happen in the organisation
  • Has excellent project management skills paired with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Is fluent in both written and spoken German (C1) and English
  • Dares to be different
