Senior Management Consultant within Supply Chain Planning

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Department: Operations – Planning Excellence
Seniority level: Senior Consultant / Manager

Help shape the future of supply chain planning

We’re looking to expand our Copenhagen team with a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect with a management consulting background and the expertise to design and implement SAP IBP solutions.

What you’ll do

As a senior member of our team, you’ll be working in the sweet spot where consulting meets deep solution expertise. Specifically, you will:

  • Design end-to-end supply chain planning processes and facilitate key decisions with senior stakeholders
  • Step into the subject-matter expertise role, knowing how SAP IBP can improve demand, response & supply, inventory and/or S&OP
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT by translating client needs into robust, value-adding solutions while being able to challenge the client on the status quo
  • Drive project delivery from blueprint to go-live, ensuring meaningful client impact
  • Support business development through your consulting experience and client network in the Nordics

In addition to facilitating change management initiatives, you’ll be working with a team of younger consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a seasoned consultant who combines structured thinking, technical depth, and a collaborative mindset. In the best-case scenario, you bring:

  • At least 4 years of client-facing experience at a management consulting firm, demonstrating strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven expertise designing and delivering in one or more SAP IBP solutions (demand, response & supply, inventory, S&OP)
  • Strong capabilities and interpersonal skills to facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and articulate complex solutions through clear PowerPoint storytelling
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes and operating models
  • A relevant master's degree (e.g., in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business)
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit – and a desire to reshape how consulting is done in the Nordics

What we offer

Our Planning Excellence team across EMEA has seen substantial growth over the past few years, thanks to our strong subject-matter expertise and our ability to drive effective change management in organisations seeking to transform their planning operating model.

Joining us means entering a world of:

  • A unique culture of freedom, trust, and responsibility
  • Opportunities to work on transformational projects with leading organisations
  • A flat organisation where your ideas and initiatives matter from day one
  • A strong, performance-based compensation model
  • A growing, entrepreneurial international team backed by a strong Scandinavian brand
