Our Supply Chain Management & Planning team in Zurich is growing, and we are looking for a Management Consultant who wants to take ownership, develop deep expertise, and grow with us.
Your Role – Creating Impact Through Transformation
As a Management Consultant, you will work with leading organizations on complex supply chain transformation projects. You will take responsibility for project workstreams, work closely with clients, and collaborate with experienced colleagues across our international network.
Your work may include:
- Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand and supply planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, and scenario planning
- Analyzing supply chain networks and processes using data-driven approaches and developing concepts to improve performance
- Supporting the implementation of state-of-the-art supply chain planning solutions, including the related change and project management
- Driving initiatives in working capital optimization, inventory reduction, service level improvement, and operational performance
- Preparing and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders
- Translating complex business challenges into practical, sustainable solutions
- Contributing to business development and helping shape the continued growth of our Supply Chain Management & Planning team in Zurich

What You Bring
You have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting.
You also:
- Hold a master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field
- Have a strong understanding of supply chain management and planning
- Bring experience in one or more areas such as forecasting, demand & supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, or supply chain transformation
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data
- Are comfortable working at the intersection of business and IT
- Have experience managing project workstreams and collaborating with clients
- Communicate confidently and build strong relationships with different stakeholders
- Are curious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to continuously develop your expertise

- Are fluent English; German is a big plus
