About the Role
As a Senior Major & Strategic Account Manager, you will take ownership of our most valuable client relationships, working closely with key accounts to understand their business objectives and align them with our solutions. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and structured feedback loops.
- Analyze client data to inform sales strategies and optimize account performance.
- Contribute actionable insights to sales meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Address client inquiries and resolve moderate issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate on lead generation and marketing initiatives to support business growth.
- Negotiate and finalize terms under supervision, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Skills
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) sector preferred.
- Language Proficiency: French as a primary or secondary language preferred.
- Business Insight: Strong understanding of business operations and financial metrics.
- Advanced Client Management: Ability to nurture and sustain deep, long-term client relationships.
- Autonomous Negotiation: Competence in negotiating terms independently when required.
- Strategic Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing complex data to guide business and sales decisions.
- Effective Presentation: Expertise in creating and delivering persuasive presentations to diverse audiences.
- Integrated Coordination: Skill in managing collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced Sales Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
