Join our team as a Linux Systems Administrator, where you'll provide crucial support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. You'll manage IT system infrastructure and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and more. Your role will involve configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, troubleshooting, maintaining network integrity, and enhancing system performance. Additionally, you'll support dispatch systems and hardware issues, remaining actively involved in the resolution process.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain STE/STN Compliance: Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.
- Account and Access Management: Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment, implementing security procedures and tools.
- System Configuration and Management: Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load software, troubleshoot, maintain network integrity, and implement system enhancements.
- IT Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day IT support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
- User Assistance: Assist users in accessing and using IT systems, providing support for escalated tickets and detailed analysis.
- System Optimization and Capacity Planning: Optimize system operations and resource utilization, perform system capacity analysis and planning.
- Dispatch System and Hardware Support: Support dispatch systems and hardware issues, configure and install system hardware/software, and maintain server and domain security requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: Ten or more (10) years of experience as a System Administrator (SA) supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree bringing the required experience to 15 years.
- Technical Skills: Experience with LINUX, Windows and Virtualization
- Security Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
