We’re looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer engagement, retention, and growth initiatives across the region. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, product adoption, retention, and long-term revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a lifecycle marketing expert with a strong growth mindset, capable of combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contributor to lifecycle marketing strategy and tactics for the region
  • Act as a thought leader in identifying customer engagement opportunities and developing champion/challenger strategies to continuously optimize performance
  • Partner with Regional GTM, Marketing, and key stakeholders to localize and enhance existing customer journeys
  • Analyze critical customer touchpoints and maximize commercial opportunities through timely and relevant engagement strategies
  • Track, report on, and analyze key performance metrics to identify ongoing opportunities for program improvements
  • Drive customer revenue and profitability through increased engagement, product adoption, retention, and lifetime value
  • Innovate and experiment with new channels and touchpoints to improve how the organization connects with customers throughout their journey
  • Develop and execute testing frameworks across the customer lifecycle to identify, scale, and optimize the most effective growth strategies
  • Implement lifecycle marketing programs focused on conversion, retention, cross-sell, up-sell, and win-back initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer-centric experiences that support business growth objectives

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience managing lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, cross-sell, and up-sell programs
  • Strong growth mindset with a focus on scalable, data-driven strategies
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and long-term profitability growth
  • Strong experience developing and executing customer conversion, retention, and win-back strategies
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and journey optimization
  • Highly analytical, with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics to drive decision-making
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, GTM, product, and commercial teams
  • Passionate about testing, learning, and continuously improving customer experiences through experimentation and innovation.
