RYZ Labs is seeking a dynamic Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can help drive growth and maximize revenue by taking full, end-to-end ownership of our email and SMS channels. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional with a strong background in DTC eCommerce who can combine strategic data analysis, compelling copywriting, and clean design to elevate an already high-performing lifecycle program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of all email and SMS programs, working directly with the founder and collaborating locally with our Buenos Aires-based Creative Director.
  • Manage and continuouslly improve a solid, existing Klaviyo infrastructure (including live welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back flows) using years of clean historical data.
  • Write all email and SMS copy in Noémie’s brand voice (refined, warm, and confident) and build visually compelling, mobile-optimized email templates and layouts.
  • Execute advanced list segmentation, personalization strategies, on-site pop-ups, and rigorous A/B testing to drive first-party data capture and list growth.
  • Monitor channel health and deliverability metrics (list hygiene, domain health, inbox placement) while delivering comprehensive weekly and monthly lifecycle performance reports.
  • Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflows (for copy drafts, layout ideation, and creative iteration) to accelerate production speed without sacrificing luxury-brand quality.

Job requirements 2

  • 3+ years of experience running end-to-end email and SMS programs for a DTC eCommerce brand.
  • Deep, expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo (flows, advanced segmentation, campaigns, and native analytics).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write highly engaging, on-brand content tailored to an aspirational audience.
  • Proficient in digital email design with an eye for clean, modern, and mobile-optimized layouts.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken), as all direct leadership communication is in English.
  • Strong self-direction and autonomy, with the ability to run a comprehensive marketing program independently without hand-holding.
  • AI Fluency, Active use of AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow (for copy drafts, layout ideation, and creative iteration) to move meaningfully faster without sacrificing quality.

  • Experience working with DTC fashion, beauty, accessories, or fine jewelry brands is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience managing a lifecycle marketing program completely solo within a fast-moving environment is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency with Shopify (our store platform) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templating.
  • Familiarity with specialized SMS/MMS platforms such as Postscript or Attentive.
  • Experience managing dedicated list growth and pop-up software (such as Privy, Justuno, or native Klaviyo forms).
