What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Legal Counsel to join our team and provide ongoing legal support on matters related to the Company’s business and operations, corporate matters, and global commercial activity.

How will you make an impact?

·        Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including software licensing agreements, partner agreements, professional services, and SaaS agreements.

·        Provide legal support on corporate, HR, and ongoing business matters related to the Company and its subsidiaries worldwide.

·  Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, and legal processes.

What is needed to succeed?

·        5+ years of relevant experience working at a software company - MUST.

Experience in SaaS agreements & data protection laws – MUST.

·        Native level written and spoken English (Hebrew or other languages are a plus).

·        Excellent negotiation and drafting skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving ability.

·        Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, business-oriented, and results-driven.

·        Able to work independently with minimal supervision, a motivated self-starter.

·        Ability to work flexible hours vis-à-vis different time zones.
