Lead complex cross-functional engineering programs and release lifecycles end-to-end. Travel to customer and channel sites may be required.

Owns new business acquisition, renewals, account expansion, and quota attainment across U.S. federal customers. The role manages the full account lifecycle, builds pipeline, closes multi-year software licensing deals, develops partner relationships, maintains forecast accuracy, and engages security buyers through consultative selling and personalized outreach. Travel to customer and channel sites may be required.

Serve as a technical adviser and product expert for Checkmarx in India and nearby regions. Drive technical evaluation in sales cycles, perform demos, respond to RFPs, gather and relay customer requirements to product teams, design solution implementations, and support field events and conferences. Role requires customer-facing pre-sales work, collaboration with sales/product teams, and occasional travel.

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to govern deals, manage contracts and credit, support collections, maintain SFDC contract processes, track ACV KPIs, support RFPs and AWS Marketplace offers, and improve commercial processes and reporting for NA and LATAM sales.

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests; collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering on test strategies; integrate AI tools for test generation and analysis; work with GitHub/GitLab CI/CD pipelines; investigate failures and perform root cause analysis.

Lead architecture for a cloud-native SaaS platform and enterprise Data Lake; define AI-driven development lifecycle and agentic developer platform; design scalable, resilient distributed systems; produce architecture docs and RFCs; build prototypes, improve platform reliability and observability; guide and mentor engineering teams and present strategies to stakeholders.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native Java microservices (and cross-skill into Go), follow secure-coding and CI/CD best practices, triage defects, prepare release plans, create and maintain technical specs, use Docker/Kubernetes/Helm and Git-based workflows, and collaborate in an Agile team.

Lead strategic customer success for Checkmarx application security customers by driving onboarding, adoption, and value realization. Act as technical liaison, design mutual activity plans, monitor adoption metrics, train users, surface product feedback, quantify ROI, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with support, product, and cross-functional teams.

Drive new business, renewals, and retention across INMEA by prospecting, building pipeline, managing full sales cycle, closing deals, engaging partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Design, develop, and automate performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for cloud-native, microservices-based systems. Build load generators, monitoring, dashboards, and analysis tools, identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot distributed systems, and collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and Architecture teams to improve scalability and reliability.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native, event-driven microservices using Go/Python. Integrate LLMs and agent frameworks into production, deploy on Kubernetes with GitOps, own CI/CD, testing, observability, and participate in design and reviews.

Lead global media and executive communications to elevate Checkmarx's brand in cybersecurity and AI. Develop and execute PR strategy, manage regional agencies, craft high-impact media materials, advise executives, run rapid-response programs, partner with product and research teams for research-driven campaigns, and track media performance and competitive analysis.

Lead regional field marketing across Europe, managing regional marketing managers to execute localized GTM plans, drive marketing-sourced pipeline, enable sales and partners, run events and executive programs, and measure ROI and funnel performance.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for Account Executives. Learn and explain technical products, use LinkedIn/calls/emails, log activity in Salesforce, refine messaging with AEs, identify customer trends, and meet monthly quotas and KPIs.

Improve the development lifecycle and accelerate production releases by building and operating cloud-native infrastructure. Maintain Kubernetes/Docker environments, design AWS infrastructure, implement IaC (Terraform), automate CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CircleCI), script tooling, and enforce networking, observability, and security best practices.

Drive technical sales for Checkmarx in Italy: act as trusted advisor, run technical evaluations and demos, respond to RFPs, design implementations, liaise with Product teams, and support customers through the sales cycle. Role requires Italian and English fluency and will involve remote work with European travel as needed.
