Job Description:
Working in a dynamic and flexible working environment, this caliber is specializing in providing professional legal advice to business units and functions of Agency & Brokerage, new business models and Bancassurance as well as managing legal risks in special projects such as Direct Investment and Merger & Acquisition.
The Job

Provide legal advice and manage the legal and compliance risk in the Company’s key channels in Agency & brokerage and Bancassurance

Manage compliant and litigation as well as regulatory investigation for Distribution Channels

Provide legal advice to new business models and compensation structure for strategic initiatives and special projects

Provide legal support on new and existing commercial tenancies.
The Requirement
-
Degree in Law or related discipline or qualifications
-
With minimum 8 years PQE in insurance, banking, securities industry, financial institutions or financial service industry
-
Exposure in managing legal risk in Distribution Channels, Direct Investment or M&A is highly preferred.

With experience in Macau legislation would be a bonus
-
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
