- Develop deep expertise in CH4’s franchises, brand positioning and commercial roadmap; anticipate legal needs across the full lifecycle, from announcement and development through launch and live operations
- Identify recurring issues and propose structural fixes - templates, playbooks, training, process updates - and support global consistency across regions and partners, in line with HQ policies
- Keep your Legal colleagues informed of upcoming campaigns, product beats, new business models and emerging risks; escalate complex, sensitive, cross-functional or precedent-setting matters
- Trigger and coordinate specialist support (privacy, regulatory, competition, employment, etc.) as needed
- Translate HQ policies and risk into practical guidance for CH4 teams; cascade regulatory and legal developments; drive adoption of best practices, templates and process improvements
