  • Advise on digital regulations including DSA, AI Act, Digital Fairness Act, GDPR, consumer rights, and unfair competition law — translating legal requirements into practical guidance
2. Contract Review and Negotiation
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts — cooperation agreements, platform terms, and supplier contracts

  • Embed legal awareness into the product lifecycle, supporting teams in building compliant products from the ground up
4. Regulatory Monitoring and Risk Management
  • Monitor the German and EU regulatory landscape and flag emerging risks to the relevant stakeholders
  • Support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives across Finance, HR, Tax, Privacy, and InfoSec
5. External Counsel and M&A Support
  • Manage external counsel where specialist input is needed
  • Support M&A and integration workstreams where they arise
