Advise on a broad range of legal and commercial matters in the areas of cloud services, AI, technology licensing, open source software, and export control compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex software license agreements, cloud services, cloud infrastructure and channel distribution agreements, and other general commercial agreements.

You have strong academic credentials and are a member of a relevant Bar or you possess other recognized professional qualifications or equivalent membership. A second degree in Computer science, engineering or similar subject is an advantage.
You have a track record of making sound business judgment and the ability to deliver practical, commercially friendly and comprehensive advice.
You are detail oriented, and have extensive experience with legal compliance, commercial, IP and licensing transactions in cloud computing, AI, technology development and bespoke tech projects.
You are proactive, a good team player and can establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders.
You have the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage day-to-day compliance work and handle end-to-end transaction process from initial contract review through to negotiations and execution.
You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in Mandarin Chinese and English to cooperate with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ.
