This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of finance, law, and creative entertainment. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Legal Associate to join our lean, high-performing team in Limassol.
In this position, you will handle a mix of complex commercial, investment, corporate governance, and IP-related work. This is a chance to step up as a strategic advisor within an agile environment that values transparency and innovation.
What you'll do 🌟Drive Commercial & IP Strategy: Draft and advise on critical industry contracts, including publishing agreements, IP licensing, and distribution deals to ensure robust asset protection.
Lead Operational Excellence: Champion the improvement of legal operations by building a comprehensive library of standard templates and playbooks to streamline workflows.
Oversee Governance & Compliance: Ensure IDDQD CAPITAL and its subsidiaries adhere to all regulatory requirements, managing corporate housekeeping and board resolutions.
Manage Risk Strategically: Proactively identify legal risks in investment portfolios and operations, providing practical, commercially viable solutions to leadership.
Mentor & Share Knowledge: Foster excellence within the team and provide legal updates and training for partners and stakeholders.
Experience: 7-9 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in Corporate/M&A and/or IP; experience with a Cypriot law firm or Big 4 company is essential (a top-tier law firm would be ideal). Experience with a leading video game / IT / tech company combined with prior experience at a top-tier law firm or Big 4 company will also be considered.
Education: A UK Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B). An LL.M and/or legal ranking recognition is a strong advantage.
Language Skills: Native-level Greek and fluent English (written and spoken).
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, and IP Law, with a passion for technical precision and drafting excellence.
