You’ll be responsible for translating business strategy into learning action—designing inclusive, high-impact programs that build confidence, capability, and connection across our teams. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future of onboarding, learning, and talent development, while embedding innovation and continuous improvement into everything we do.

About the Role

What you’ll do

  • Design and deliver learning experiences that are engaging, scalable, and aligned to business priorities—leveraging blended learning, facilitation, coaching, and digital tools.
  • Lead regional onboarding and capability-building initiatives, ensuring new joiners and existing teams are equipped to thrive in Brunswick’s culture and client work.
  • Embed AI and emerging technologies into learning design and delivery, helping teams understand and harness their potential.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and co-create solutions that drive performance and growth.
  • Curate internal expertise and foster knowledge-sharing across geographies, unlocking the power of Brunswick’s global network.
  • Occasionally manage external vendors and coaching programs, ensuring quality, innovation, and ROI.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate impact, continuously improve, and tell compelling stories about learning outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • Deep expertise in learning design, facilitation, and coaching, ideally in a global or matrixed environment.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Passion for innovation in learning, with curiosity about how AI and emerging tech can transform development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills—you build trust, influence change, and communicate with clarity.
  • Experience managing complex projects with agility, pragmatism, and a focus on outcomes.
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
