JOB TITLE: French Concept Copywriter
REPORTS TO: Global Creative Excellence Snr. Director
Location: Paris Office.
As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja Europe has achieved over the last few years we have an exciting new opportunity for a native French-language Copywriter to join our team. The successful candidate will be an instrumental member of the local French Marketing Team, helping to ensure timely and smooth delivery of our product innovation within exciting, expanding categories.
OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for creating razor-sharp, highly impactful French written content for a variety of marketing touchpoints, from product concepts to packaging, digital advertising campaigns to email marketing. You will work closely with local and regional marketing teams to develop clear consumer-facing copy that aligns with the brand's tone of voice and positioning, to bring our premium products to life for the French market. You must be a native French speaker and writer, a strong understanding of marketing communications, an adaptable writing style, and the ability to craft captivating copy that resonates with consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Writing and translating clear, concise, and engaging product copy, tailored for a variety of touchpoints including retail websites, digital advertising assets, consumer emails, integrated marketing campaigns, video scripts, packaging, and more.
  • Localising Global messaging to create French content that truly resonates in France.
  • Ensuring Claims usage adheres to approved language and guidelines.
  • Managing multiple copy projects simultaneously, meeting content delivery deadlines, and gaining copy sign-off from Marketing colleagues.
  • Working closely with the EMEA and Global teams
  • Helping to develop localised assets for Consumer Insights testing and implement findings into consumer-facing content.
  • Strengthening the brand's tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all written communications to reinforce brand identity and recognition.
  • Reviewing existing live content to ensure it is effective, accurate, and up to date.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):
  • Native level of French
  • Proven experience in French copywriting and transcreation with a portfolio showcasing
  • Exceptional German-language copywriting & editing
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications.
  • Experience adapting to brand voice and the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
  • A background in advertising and creative copywriting a plus.
