Join us as a Senior Learning Coordinator (6-month contract), where your proactive approach and coordination skills will drive impactful training initiatives.
The Senior Learning Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the learning plan and supporting participant engagement, enabling effective learning experiences that contribute to overall skill development within the organization. Acting as the central point of contact, managing logistics and communications to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.
We're looking to hire two individuals for our Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management teams. During the interview process, we'll evaluate which team aligns best with each candidate's skills.
Please note:
The role is based at our Billund HQ. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.
The internal level of the role is Lead Professional.
Core Responsibilities
Program Promotion/Communications: Develop and implement comprehensive promotion strategies for learning programs utilizing platforms like LEGO U SharePoint, Viva Engage, and monthly newsletters; liaise with stakeholders to amplify program visibility and engagement.
Learning Plan Delivery: Oversee and manage multiple logistical components for learning initiatives, including detailed planning and execution of pre/post survey processes, room bookings, catering, and real-time adjustments during program delivery.
Data Analytics/Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to assess program impact and effectiveness, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making and program improvements.
Participant Support: Act as a primary resource for participant inquiries, offering personalized assistance and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Project Management & Budget Oversight: Process and manage purchase orders for learning initiatives, ensuring budget adherence and efficiency. Report on budget expenditures related to training programs.
Hosting of Training Interventions: Guide the facilitation of training sessions, effectively managing logistics and participant interactions in both virtual and face-to-face environments to enhance overall learning experiences.
Annual Learning Calendar Management: Design and maintain a strategic annual learning calendar, coordinating complex training schedules with facilitators, venues, subject matter experts, and guest speakers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in managing complex administrative and logistical tasks across HR, Education, Business, or related field.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, time management and communication skills.
Demonstrate a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement, focusing on simplification and efficiency.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Teams, Excel) and a knack for using technology effectively.
Capable of collaborating effectively in a team, bringing positive energy and a can-do attitude.
Flexibility to attend occasional late afternoon virtual or in-office sessions (e.g. to support training sessions for the Americas time zone).

The L&D team provides innovative learning solutions that empower the learning organization and enhance the overall development of the wider company.
The Talent Management team helps build the bench of Talent so that the company can deliver now and in the future and colleagues can maximize their potential with the LEGO Group.
