As the Head of GAME Strategic Operations, you'll drive key initiatives and ensure seamless execution across various domains. Here’s a condensed look at your core responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Implement strategies aligned with business goals and manage resources to optimize efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Facilitate collaboration across teams and adopt best practices in project management and agile methodologies.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Oversight

  • Develop budgets and track key operational and financial critical metrics in partnership with finance.

Leadership, Team Building & Culture

  • Mentor teams and foster a high-performance culture aligned with LEGO Group values.

Connected Gaming Ecosystem Execution

  • Lead the execution of the gaming ecosystem, coordinating efforts across departments to ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment. Manage and prioritize workflows to support seamless integration.

As Head of GAME Strategic Operations, you will be a key member of the LEGO Group’s GAME leadership team, responsible for scaling and optimizing the day-to-day and strategic operations. You’ll ensure production, infrastructure, finance, and third-party partnerships run smoothly and efficiently, enabling development teams to focus on creating great games. You will define processes, manage resources, and drive coherence across functions with the goal of delivering high-quality games on time, on budget, and aligned with the LEGO Group’s GAME vision.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience in operations or studio management in the gaming industry.

  • Proven track record of leadership in managing cross-functional teams and inspiring change.

  • Deep understanding of game development pipelines and live services.

  • Strong project management skills, familiar with Agile methodologies and risk management.

  • Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work with diverse teams.
