What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- Align with business requirements and create roadmap for lean tools implementation
- Coach and facilitate teams and individuals to identify, implement improvement opportunities through lean concepts
- Develop, implement and manage benchmarks for each area of responsibility
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of standard methodology Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Create a standard for lean tools like procedures, presentations, apply lean tools to resolve problems
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the plant and also ensure standard process sharing within the organization
- Undertake continuous training and development to the internal team and support cultural change across the organization towards a lean approach
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
- Implement TPM and drive the overall performance improvement and equipment utilization
- Collaborate with other plants in the Region+Global & support each function to enhance the exchange of standard processes and cross learning
You have:
- Academic background in Bachelor of Engineering
- Previous experience in or with 5 – 10 years out of 5 years in supervisory role in an electronic product assembly environment with knowledge on lean manufacturing and its associated production processes.
