Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant (Process Excellence, WFM, Reporting)
- Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant
- Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
- Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
- 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- Process Excellence & Transformation: Deep expertise in process engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, business process management (BPM), workflow redesign, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
- Automation & Digital Solutions: Proven experience identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), workflow orchestration tools, and intelligent automation technologies.
- AI Enablement & Emerging Technologies: Ability to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Tachyon, or similar platforms) to improve productivity, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency. Focus on business application rather than deep AI engineering expertise.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Power BI, operational metrics, dashboarding, capacity planning, process intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
- Operational Excellence Leadership: Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programmes that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, productivity, risk reduction, and employee experience.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Strong executive communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to drive adoption and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills Required
- 7+ years of Information Technology supporting Business Services, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- Deep expertise in process engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, business process management, workflow redesign, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Experience identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, workflow orchestration tools, and intelligent automation technologies
