  • Partner with Security, Compliance, Identity and Access Management, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Engineering to translate platform requirements into secure, scalable controls.
  • Mentor teammates, strengthen technical documentation, and raise the engineering maturity of Platform Operations through standards, reviews, and repeatable practices.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience owning enterprise software-as-a-service platforms in a technical operations environment, with hands-on experience in Google Workspace Enterprise or a similar collaboration platform.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise platform governance, security controls, access management, audit readiness, and operational standards in a complex environment.
  • Experience using and writing scripting, APIs, automation tools, Git-based workflows, or version control practices to improve platform administration, reporting, lifecycle management, and repeatable workflows.
  • Experience working with identity and access management concepts or tools, such as Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, or System for Cross-domain Identity Management.
  • Strong communication, ownership, and technical judgment, with the ability to build trust, guide teammates, and influence standards across teams.
