Responsibilities:
- Strategic Lead: Drive major team projects and OKRs, acting as a lead for complex customer launches that require high-level technical strategy and cross-functional alignment.
- Complex Implementation: Own the full lifecycle of our largest, most complex strategic implementations, ensuring successful outcomes under minimal guidance.
- Technical Advocacy: Act as the primary technical liaison and "go-to" person for leadership, high-value clients, and external vendors during high-stakes escalations.
- Mentorship & Growth: Mentor and coach other Solutions Engineers through structured feedback, code/project reviews, sharing knowledge on agentic development and deep domain expertise.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential technical hurdles and develop robust contingency plans; identify root causes of systemic issues and adopt innovative approaches to solve them.
- Process Innovation: Actively influence the Solutions Engineering roadmap by identifying gaps in tools/processes and proposing high-velocity improvements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Represent the SE function in cross-departmental initiatives with Product and Engineering to ensure long-term scalability of our services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar high-level technical role.
