About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter/ Lead Recruiter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent to support our continued growth and success. 

*This is an on-site position and will require reporting to our headquarters location in Santa Clara, CA.*

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet Anatomage’s hiring needs including creating and implementing innovative sourcing techniques 
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve their hiring goals and enhance their professional development 
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs and define roles requirements 
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding 
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and talent pools 
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate quality and make data driven decision to improve recruitment process 

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred 
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role 
• Proven track record or successfully recruiting for a range of positions, including technical and senior-level roles 
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques 
• Excellent leadership and communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools
