What You’ll Do
As a senior professional, this position is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process of assigned positions, from talent sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to interviewing, recommending, and hiring for a wide variety of positions with different levels of complexity. An individual in this role will use a high level of experience in this field to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies, create strong relationships with hiring managers, and internal/external partners and understand business needs to advise on decisions impacting current and future open positions.
- Lead all phases of recruiting efforts for a variety of departments and levels of roles including hiring manager intakes, applicant screening/assessment for relevant knowledge, experience, technical and soft skills, feedback sessions with interview panel participants and job offer preparation that includes competitive salary recommendations, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Proactively develop and execute candidate generation strategies using sourcing methods such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, talent databases, candidate referrals and passive candidate outreach to build diverse talented candidate pools and increase visibility of our company across different disciplines from which we hire.
- Drove full-cycle recruitment for a medical device robotics division, partnering with engineering and executive leadership to scale R&D, software, and systems teams, strategizing creative sourcing avenues to hire specialized robotics and med-tech talent.
- Provide regular communication on role status and recruiting metrics, and facilitate New Hire Orientation, hiring training and university/intern recruiting programs.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
- Experience in a regulated medical device or life sciences environment and in recruiting sales representatives in these industries is preferred.
- Flexibility to support various roles and departments as needed and ability to balance workload with multiple simultaneous hiring managers and HRBPs to meet team and business priorities.
- Experience and success in utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, passive candidate engagement and talent mapping, to identify and attract diverse, top-tier candidates for current and future open roles.
- Expertise in and aptitude for working with HR databases (ADP), applicant tracking systems (Jazz) and Microsoft office suite applications.
Salary Range: 120,000-135,000/annually
