We’re embarking on an exciting journey to expand our partnerships platform, allowing us to reach SMBs in new and impactful ways. As a Senior Lead, Product Manager - Partner Offerings, you will play a crucial role in three key areas:

Your Impact

  1. Define and Refine UX Solutions: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define and refine UX widgets that enhance the functionality and usability of our partner-facing applications. Ensure these solutions are intuitive and aligned with the diverse needs of our partners.
  2. Consult and Collaborate with Partners: Engage directly with partners to understand their requirements, providing expert consultation and support. Host workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine solutions, ensuring we deliver real value to our partner ecosystem. Experience in solving complex problems in partnership with external stakeholders is a strong plus.

Influence Internal Teams: Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams, advocating for partner needs and collaborating with product and engineering to address challenges. Leverage insights from partner interactions to drive improvements in our products and processes, ultimately enhancing the partner experience.

  • Experience in client-facing roles and direct interactions with partners, with a strong emphasis on consulting experience as a plus.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in product management or cumulative experience in a related technical field.
  • 3+ years working on external products focused on creating simple, intuitive user interfaces is a plus.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, developer relations, and platform integrations is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and analytical skills.

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$184,700$230,900 USD
