Stryker is embarking on a multi-year journey to transform the payroll and timekeeping systems for the seven largest countries in Europe. This role will provide direct support to that initiative, and will be responsible for maintaining the system after go-live.

What you will do
The Senior Lead HRIS Analyst works to understand business needs including the processes, reporting and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. Will be the technical expert for the UKG (Kronos) timekeeping and leave management system, helping HR/business system users and the support teams. He/she is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships across the organization in areas that include HR COEs, business facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and internal/external Communications with a specific focus on the European timekeeping and leaves functionality. They are responsible for understanding business processes, reporting and analytics, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups, HRIS technical and operational teams.
· Recommend business process, reporting and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
· Understand and anticipate cause and effect impacts in touch-points within integrated systems
· Perform feasibility assessment of system/report modifications and enhancements ensuring alignment with HRIS enterprise strategy
· Serve as subject matter expert on current UKG capabilities
· Identifies security issues/risks and provides solutions
· Will build and maintain certain database architectures and creating user-friendly interfaces to interact with output analysis
· Will train and educate users across the organization to enable best use of the system/reports.
· Will take on various projects to collects and provide data for critical business processes, internal/external reporting, auditing and etc.
· Build and maintain strong relationship with business users, business facing HR, and HR COE teams.
· Actively involved and participate in UKG user groups/resources
· Drive consensus with business and technical teams to determine the best solution to business problems, output needs and the delivery of new technology solutions and enhancements
· Provide consulting and insights to stakeholders at all levels across the organizations
· Assist business users with data and/or process analysis to enable better business decisions
· Will create and manage data visualizations and/or user interfaces for end users
· Configure, test and document system, security and reporting changes
· Define tangible test use cases that align desired technology output to meet business objectives
· Participate in governance process, road mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning
· Participate the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance

What you need
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
· 6+ years of work experience required
Previous experience in supporting timekeeping or leave systems, like UKG strongly preferred
· 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
Experience with Boomi integrations preferred
Experience with BIRT report creation preferred
Travel Percentage: 20%
