Senior Lead, Global ERP CoE Platform Architect

This role is pivotal in deploying and managing the new SAP S/4 work, which underpins our vision for a streamlined and innovative future. As the Senior Lead, Global ERP CoE Platform Architect, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future landscape of Mars Snacking. You'll collaborate with our Enterprise Technologies and Global Digital Operations teams to ensure a world-class delivery of our new platform. Your expertise will bridge the gap between our architecture teams, fostering synergy and setting the stage for future platform governance.

What are we looking for?

  • Expertise in Platforms: Proven track record leading ERP implementations in large-scale CPG or pharma environments.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing Platform Architects or similar positions, with a strong ability to manage distributed teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with SAP HANA and comprehensive understanding of cloud solutions.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong stakeholder management skills, working directly with senior IT leadership to drive alignment and results.
  • Budget Management: Previous experience in managing project budgets effectively.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the product roadmap and collaborate with Global Digital Operations teams to manage release timelines and ensure high-quality deployment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Platform Architects to ensure timely submission of work packages, meeting critical deployment milestones.
  • Innovation: Seek external benchmarks for lifecycle evolution and provide recommendations for future rollouts, driving a fit-for-value solution that aligns with our D30 vision.
  • Integration Excellence: Partner with Digital Core teams across Petcare and Food to maintain a clean digital core and optimize our platform’s performance.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the RISE/Cloud infrastructure budget, collaborating with key partners to implement best practices in Cloud management.
