The Senior Lead Finance Analyst, Corporate Planning is a senior individual contributor responsible for advanced analysis, enterprise planning support, and executive-level reporting across corporate business lines. This role focuses on execution excellence, complex problem-solving, and influencing outcomes without direct people management.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and lead forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis across business lines
- Build and maintain complex financial models, enterprise dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Develop ready reporting, presentations, and financial narratives
- Present financial results and insights to business line and senior leadership, enabling decision-making
- Deliver tailored financial analyses aligned to strategic priorities and operational goals
- Support and influence allocation strategy, methodology evolution, and transparency
- Provide leadership in enterprise reporting consistency and COE enablement standards
- Serve as a trusted advisor across finance and business leaders, influencing outcomes without formal authority
- Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities
What We’re Looking For:
- Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, long-range planning, and enterprise performance analysis
- Deep understanding of corporate financial structures, business models, and key performance drivers across multiple business lines
- Proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Advanced experience with enterprise planning systems, BI tools, and data environments
- Strong understanding of allocation strategy, cost transparency, and financial governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and lead complex, cross-functional analytical efforts
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive decision-making without authority
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear, concise insights and recommendations
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate risks and identify opportunities
- Ability to balance strategic insight with execution excellence in a fast-paced environment
