Senior .Net Lead Developer will implement, manage, support web-based applications supporting Dental Network Administration, Quality Management Program, Clinical AI Review DB and Cactus. This person will be responsible for leading the offshore technical team and developing applications, making enhancements, and engaging with the onshore technology teams.

Resource needs to have hands on experience building and consuming Restful API Services, create queries, stored procedures, and packages for relational database management systems.
Resource needs to have detailed knowledge of design patterns, architecture connecting multiple applications through Restful API services.
Resource needs to have the experience of working in an onshore/offshore model and have the proven ability to deliver.
Resource will be the expert and go to individual for web and mobile application implementations.
Needs to actively lead technical teams and participate in PI planning events.
Help manage risks and dependencies including escalating impediments.
Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices
Manage existing and new software vendor relationships to comply with Guardian Security policies
Provide technical guidance and mentoring for less experienced team members.
Plan the solution, development and delivery of complex technical solutions that meet business objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Education/Experience:

9+ Years of hands-on experience in developing .Net Web and mobile applications.
5+ Years of hands-on experience in development React, React Native, Angular, jQuery
5+ Years of hands-on experience in any one of the relational database management systems -
Oracle12c/19c/MS SQL 2016 or later/DB2/PostgreSQL.
Guide and mentor Microsoft development team for simple, medium, and complex requirements.
Work as a team player with DevOps, UI/UX design, CICD Pipeline, Database administrators ,QA and Data Architect team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
(Include required certification, technical skills, etc.)
Technical: Preferred to have Microsoft web application certification.
Lateral and Analytical skill is mandatory.
Business: Preferred to have Dental (or) health insurance domain knowledge.
Ability to translate business needs to technical solution.

Hands-on experience in secured CI/CD pipeline using distributed version control - Bit bucket and Jenkins’s.

Preferred to have good knowledge in HIVE/PRESTO/SPARK queries
Preferred to have knowledge in Java1.7 & later, Structs ,EJB/Java Spring boot /Spring MVC to
handle Java related web application changes.
Preferred to have knowledge in Docker containerization/Kubernetes.
Preferred to have knowledge in Python based web application.
Preferred to have knowledge in Microservices.
Preferred to have knowledge in using SwaggerHub for preparing API specs.
Preferred to have knowledge in AWS.
