Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager who will serve as the product leader for the modernization of our enterprise authentication platform, defining how customers securely authenticate across digital experiences today and in the future.
This role is intended for a senior product leader who has previously owned or led an enterprise authentication, identity, IAM/CIAM, or credential platform and has demonstrated experience building and modernizing authentication solutions at scale. You will own the multi-year strategy and transformation roadmap spanning passkeys/FIDO2, passwordless authentication, biometrics, multi-factor authentication, device trust, adaptive authentication, credential lifecycle management, and authentication orchestration.
You will lead product managers responsible for major authentication capabilities and partner with senior leaders across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, fraud, risk, design, and digital channels to transform strategy into an integrated authentication platform.
Authentication sits at the intersection of customer trust, fraud prevention, security, and digital experience. The decisions made by this leader will shape the authentication architecture and customer experience for years to come.
This is an opportunity to lead an enterprise-scale transformation from legacy authentication toward a modern, phishing-resistant and passwordless authentication ecosystem.

- Communicate complex authentication strategies through clear executive storytelling, metrics, and recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop product managers, including the Lead Digital Product Manager supporting major authentication workstreams.
