Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems using PHP and Laravel.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
- Implement and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services.
- Participate in code reviews and guide junior developers.

Requirements
- 7+ years in PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Advanced MySQL 8 all types of joins, basic knowledge of groupings, and transactions, understanding of indexes (balanced tree), and performing complex queries.
- Proficiency with Linux, and Nginx.
- Experience with Redis would be an advantage.
- 1+ year Experience as a team lead.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the iGaming industry or related domains.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and augment existing teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other backend technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Vue.js, React).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
