About the role
We’re looking for someone who can see patterns where others see chaos, and turn numbers into powerful product decisions.Your key responsibilities
- Partner with the Web Product team to define product direction and identify the biggest opportunities
- Build the entire analytical ecosystem: from data collection processes to scalable architecture
- Create ETL processes that deliver clean, reliable data on time
- Develop dashboards and insights that help the team see the bigger picture and make faster decisions
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments that directly influence product strategy
- Collaborate with the finance team on forecasts, metrics, and analytical models
- Evolve our internal BI platform into the central point of truth for all product decisions
What we expect from you
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics within product companies
- Deep expertise in running A/B tests and building experimental frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytics automation
- Experience working with GTM, GA4, Amplitude, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of product metrics: retention, conversion, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC
- Practical experience building dashboards and working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
- Upper-Intermediate+ English for collaboration with an international team
Nice-to-have
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or other DWH solutions
- Understanding of user behavior in scalable products
