Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to lead BOS's AI-first Front Line Monitoring transformation and drive enterprise adoption of Agentic AI, LLMs, MCP-enabled architectures, advanced Python analytics, and cloud-based monitoring platforms.
This role will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of key modernization initiatives, including platform transformation, qualification management, SAS-to-Python migration, GCP adoption, workflow automation, and AI-powered monitoring solutions. The individual will lead the development of scalable capabilities that improve risk signal detection, automate complex monitoring activities, and enhance operational efficiency across BOS.
As a senior leader, the role will define enterprise standards for Agentic AI, AI engineering, governance, and analytics architecture, while influencing technology roadmaps and partnering with senior business, risk, compliance, and technology leaders to deliver strategic outcomes.
Core expertise required in Python, Agentic AI, LLMs, LLM APIs, MCP, analytics architecture, platform modernization, cloud technologies, and large-scale transformation leadership.
This role is critical to delivering BOS's AI modernization strategy, advancing platform transformation, and enabling a scalable, AI-driven Front Line Monitoring ecosystem focused on Risk Clarity, Operational Excellence, and sustainable risk management outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
- Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of experience in Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Risk Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation, including leadership of strategic modernization initiatives.
- Expert-level Python expertise for AI development, analytics, automation, anomaly detection, and scalable monitoring platforms.
- Deep experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, LLM APIs, MCP-enabled architectures, Prompt Engineering, and RAG frameworks.
- Proven ability to architect and scale enterprise AI platforms, multi-agent solutions, and AI-powered monitoring capabilities.
- Experience leading platform modernization, SAS-to-Python migration, cloud transformation (GCP), and analytics automation programs.
- Strong expertise in NLP, unstructured data analytics, machine learning, anomaly detection, and risk signal detection.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data architecture, and large-scale data environments.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, governance, explainability, risk controls, and production deployment standards.
- Experience developing and scaling custom agents, copilots, enterprise AI solutions, and automation platforms.
- Proven ability to define enterprise AI strategy, target-state architecture, technology roadmaps, and modernization priorities.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience building high-performing teams, mentoring senior consultants, and driving enterprise AI adoption.
- Demonstrate ability to execute effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas.
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups including executive management, regulatory examiners and internal auditors.

- Candidate must be willing to work on mid-shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM), Mon - Fri, weekend off
