Job Role and Responsibility:
Leading data/technical design sessions, working with SMEs, to understand and capture functional and nonfunctional design and rules requirements; Identify ingestion, integration, transformation, and provisioning needs, conducting detailed review of articles such as data requirements, delivery solutions, data mappings, etc. to confirm mutual understanding; Generate exceptional use case and user story definitions. Estimate effort through story pointing. Capture info needed for all elements of delivery; Work with Product Owner and Scrum master to confirm timely delivery in Agile sprints; Lead source to target mapping, conducting data lineage exercises in an environment with minimal metadata and a need to cultivate subject matter expertise Identify proper sources and necessary transformations; Help deliver solution for dynamic production solutions with business administration such as business rules library or other user-maintained data and logic solutions; Help resolve data related execution issues/risks and data defect remediation activities during development/deployment activities; Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities; Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. Position must appear in person to the work address listed.

Required Qualifications:
Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related technical field.
Amount and type of experience required: 84 months (7 years) of experience in Analytics, Modeling, Data Solution Delivery, or equivalent experience.
Specific skills required:
- Experience with Agile methodology in managing and/or delivering data and technology projects;
- Experience with querying relational, lake, and cloud platforms using SQL, T-SQL, HQL, BigQuery SQL;
- Experience with data governance documentation and standards;
- Experience with banking, finance, risk, and regulatory reporting data platforms and technologies;
- Experience with banking applications, products, technology architecture, and systems integration in consumer and small business banking;
- Experience with stakeholder communication and requirements gathering across cross-functional teams;
- Experience with creating data mapping documents, writing complex queries, and coordinating with technical teams;
- Experience with delivery of end-to-end data projects, including functional testing and post-production validation; and
- Experience with data analytics in risk analysis, anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud mitigation.
